Ecobee4 Now Shipping

This is just a friendly reminder that the Ecobee4 is now available.  All pre-orders should have shipped out already, so if you were one of the folks that already bought it, check your email for tracking information.

If you haven’t bought it, you can get them on the Ecobee website or at Amazon.com (requires an extra 1-2 days to ship) for $249.

If you remember, the Ecobee4 offers up a built in Amazon Alexa and speaker.  A lot of reviews are available online and say the product is a little larger then the Ecobee3, but the speaker packs a good punch so you can use it to listen to music and audiobooks without an extra Amazon Echo device.

Keep in mind, Amazon has not opened up access to Skills on 3rd party devices like the Ecobee4, so if you use any skills like Spotify, you won’t be able to use that function yet.
